Ethiopia - Kubi - Washed - Medium Roast

This Kubi washed lot is an adventure into a more developed  roast region for us here at Brandywine. We found this coffee to be a great fit for our experiments in development. Bringing forward a balanced complexity backed by dark chocolate smoothness that just keeps going. Check out all the coffee info below:

Located in Gedeo zone of the Gedeb district, Worka Kubi is one of the finest
coffee producing areas within the famous Gedeb Woreda. Known for its
dense layered semi forest vegetation structure encompassing false banana
trees as well as shade grown coffee trees, Kubi is a great example of best
coffee growing agro ecology.
